Welcome to Towcester Writers' Group!

We're a Northamptonshire creative writing group who meet monthly to learn how to improve our writing, share our work, and network with other writers in the area.

Towcester Writers is a warm, welcoming group of creative writers who meet monthly to share their work, to improve their writing skills, and try new genres and ideas. We have poets, memoir writers, bloggers, crime writers, and more!

When the group was set up (Jan 2012), we never expected to attract such talent in such numbers. Our group is thriving and growing fast. We are a member of the National Association of Writers Groups

We enjoy a varied program (ask for one at the meeting) including guest speakers, workshops and open mic nights. Come along one evening and see what we're about!
When do we meet?
We meet every third Wednesday of the month

And where is the venue?
Towcester Library, Richmond Road, Towcester NN12 6EX. This will change to the Moat Lane centre in Spring 2015. Entry is £3, which goes towards room hire and refreshments.

At what time should I show up?
Meetings run from 7.30 - 9.30pm.

Bring a pen and notepad, of course!

If you have any questions, please email the library at 01327 350794, or visit our Facebook
